At Don-Bur, we are committed to responsible business practices across all aspects of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance. This External Sustainability Statement sets out our intent and actions as a transparent, public-facing record of our position and progress. We recognise the urgency of global sustainability challenges and pledge to continually improve our impact throughout the product lifecycle—from design and manufacture to use and end-of-life disposal.
ESG Governance
The Don-Bur board, led by Managing Director David Burton, holds overall responsibility for ESG oversight. Strategic initiatives are embedded into daily operations, and this document is reviewed and updated annually.

Since 2020, we have actively participated in third-party ESG assessments through Ecovadis, who evaluate our performance in the following key areas:
