Don-Bur Continues To Provide Service Support For Logistics
Our heartfelt thanks go out to our Service divisions, who remain operational to support essential logistics operations throughout the Coronavirus crisis.
Each department is running on reduced staffing levels to maintain social distancing but are continuing to provide parts, load restraint, repair work and servicing.
Chris Griffiths, service director at Don-Bur comments "Social distancing has been difficult to manage but we've introduced a number of protocols to minimise risk. We need to keep essential logistics going."
Boothen Old Road Service:
Partial coverage for servicing and repairs. Transport for trailer collections is available.
Mobile service vans will operate during normal working hours.

Clarence Road Service:

Work will continue in a limited capacity.

Parts Department:
A skeleton staff will attend work each morning for a couple of hours to ensure (where possible) parts are sent out to essential use customers if required.
