Richard Owens is Marketing and Communications Lead at Don-Bur. He has been with the company since 2003 and is responsible for brand direction, technical content, customer communications and strategic marketing across the group.
His role combines engineering awareness with practical marketing delivery. He oversees intellectual property management, ESG reporting and governance communications, and supports key account relationships. He also monitors regulatory and compliance developments, translating requirements into clear, usable guidance for operators and internal teams.
Richard produces most marketing and technical materials in-house, maintaining control of accuracy, consistency and cost. Core capabilities include:
