Commercial vehicle servicing is provided by the Don-Bur servicing division from two dedicated centres in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting trailers, rigid bodywork and specialist vehicles. Services cover routine maintenance, statutory inspections, MOT preparation and presentation, structural repair and full refurbishment.
Operations are split across two specialist sites to ensure appropriate facilities and equipment for each type of work:
- Clarence Road – structural repairs, refurbishments, vehicle conversions, shot blasting and chassis realignment using 'The Bear' straightening rig.
- Boothen Road – Authorised Testing Facility (ATF) for MOT testing, inspections and servicing, including double-deck trailer support, resprays and refrigerated vehicle repairs.

Routine servicing and inspections support ongoing roadworthiness and help reduce unplanned downtime. Mechanical and electrical support is available across a wide range of trailer and body configurations.

MOT Testing and ATF Facilities
MOT testing is carried out at the Boothen Road Authorised Testing Facility (ATF). Preparation and presentation services are available to support compliance at test and reduce the risk of failure.
- Brake, smoke and headlight testing, available individually or as a combined package

Repair and Refurbishment
Repair services range from minor curtain damage to major structural rectification. Clarence Road is equipped for refurbishments, vehicle conversions and surface preparation including shot blasting and resprays.
'The Bear' chassis straightening rig enables accurate structural realignment following impact or distortion, restoring correct chassis geometry and safe operating condition.
