David Burton started his trailer manufacturing career in 1981 and now directs the Don-Bur group. The business success is a testament to his driven work ethic.

Andy is a highly experienced accountant with over 30 years of experience and has headed up the Finance department at Don-Bur since 2013.

Experienced trailer and bodybuilding engineer Daniel leads Don-Bur's sales team and oversees commercial aspects.

Chris is the Service Director of Don-Bur Group. He has been with the company since 1984 and has held the position of Service Director since 2016.

Karl joined Don-Bur in 1993 and has for the past 15 years headed up the engineering team.

Ken Ford, General Manager at Don-Bur Service. Over a decade of experience in automotive management, fleet operations, and customer service.

Andy Podmore is the General Manager at Boothen Road. With decades of experience, Andy has played a pivotal role in the company's growth, overseeing operations, managing service engineers, and spearheading new initiatives.

Experienced After Sales Manager Neil now heads the Parts Manager role at Don-Bur, bringing a wealth of expertise.

Mark Wayman, an experienced leader in the curtain and graphics industry, manages all aspects of Sapphire Group operations.

Darren Maybury, with 40 years in commercial vehicle bodywork, progressed from apprentice to Sales Account Manager. Now a Service Manager at Clarence Rd, he continues to excel.

Ben, with a decade of experience in the transport industry, utilises his expertise to provide dedicated customer support as an Account Manager at Don-Bur.

Mark is a time served & qualified manager with a background in operations and occupational health & safety and leads the Don Bur Manufacturing H&S team.

Jon, with over 35 years of experience in the transport industry, brings his expertise to Don-Bur as Key Accounts Manager.

Steve brings almost 30 years of transport experience, from vehicle collections to sales, to his Key Accounts Manager role at Don-Bur.

Roy, with 45 years of experience in the transport industry, excels at developing optimum vehicle specifications for clients.

Richard joined Don-Bur in 2003 and manages marketing across the group, intellectual property rights and manages some key accounts.

Lisa brings 27+ years of HR experience in manufacturing to Don-Bur. Prioritising employee well-being, she fosters positive relations & professional development.

Karen joined the Don-Bur team in 2002 as Receptionist at the Manufacturing site on Mossfield Road

Mike joined the Don-Bur team in 1996 and has 3 decades of knowledge and experience within the industry. Over this time, he has become a valuable member of the Sales Support team.

Ian, with over 25 years of experience in the transport industry, provides valuable expertise to the Don-Bur Sales Support team.

Steve joined the Sapphire Group in 1989, initially as a High Frequency Welder at Sapphire Curtains. Since then, Steve has held various managerial positions.

Ian brings a wealth of experience to his role which is critical to the development of the used trailer and rental division.

Don Burton, the founder of Don-Bur, has now retired and the running of the group has passed to his son, David Burton.
