Having begun her career in the pottery industry, Lisa has over 27 years of experience in Human Resources in the manufacturing sector.
She has attained CIPD qualifications and also has a wealth of practical knowledge from many years of dealing with human issues in a challenging environment. Her journey with Don-Bur began in 2007 and her pragmatic approach led to Lisa taking on the HR Manager’s role in which she has flourished.
Lisa always puts the welfare of our employees at the top of her priorities and is utterly committed to fostering positive employee relations through the implementation of sound policies and industry best practice. She proactively supports our staff in their professional development by encouraging them to achieve any relevant qualifications which help them to progress through the company.
Lisa is passionate about investment in people and staff communication and has become a key facilitator in our Employee Representation Group.
