Request Don-Bur Trailer Build Records and Data Sheets

Don-Bur retains a range of build-related records for trailers and rigid bodies, subject to the date of manufacture and original vehicle specification. These records are not publicly accessible and may only be released to verified asset owners or their formally appointed contractors upon request.

Records commonly held include:

  • Full vehicle specification
  • Certificate of Conformity (CoC)
  • Consent to Supply (CTS)
  • Tail lift certificate
  • Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) sheet
  • Soft copy of the VTG7a (where available)
  • Photographic build or inspection records (where available)

To request documentation, please provide either the last five digits of the trailer VIN or the rigid body number. Requests can be submitted via live chat or by telephone on +44 (0)1782 599 666.

UK road-going commercial vehicles are issued Certificates of Conformity in accordance with applicable type approval regulations. These documents confirm that the vehicle complies with the technical and regulatory requirements in force at the time of manufacture.
