Depending on the pathway and intake, your off-the-job training will be delivered by one of the partners above, alongside on-the-job development at our Stoke-on-Trent sites.
What we offer
- Pathways: Engineering & Manufacturing (fabrication & welding, machining, electrical), plus Business Support roles.
- Levels: Typically Levels 2–4 (including Technician and Higher routes, where applicable).
- Training model: Earn while you learn via partner-led off-the-job study and supervised work on live projects.
- Progression: Clear routes into skilled roles and long-term careers within Don-Bur.
