We recommend using Chain & Lifting Gear Lubricant from Don-Bur for lifting deck ropes. This product is specifically formulated to protect and extend the life of chains and lifting equipment, including wire ropes. To apply, ensure the rope is clean and free from grease and debris. Evenly coat the entire rope, making sure the lubricant penetrates into the core — this may involve operating the deck to reach concealed sections.
