Plastifont panels use a lightweight composite construction suitable for commercial vehicle bodywork. The build-up from exterior to interior is as follows:
- Gelcoat RAL 9010
- Glass reinforced polyester (GRP) resin
- Polyurethane foam core with 40 or 50 kg/m3 density options
- Glass reinforced polyester (GRP) resin
- White internal gelcoat
