Don-Bur, a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicle bodywork, announces a £300,000 investment in solar panel installations across three key site locations. This demonstrates Don-Bur's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

The installations, located at Mossfield Road, Clarence Road, and Sapphire Graphics, aim to reduce carbon emissions and promote renewable energy sources. Each site's solar panel configuration is designed for maximum energy efficiency and minimal environmental impact.

Key Facts:

Mossfield Road: A 162kW solar panel installation with a carbon offset of 56 tonnes per annum.

Clarence Road: A 158kW solar panel installation with a carbon offset of 54 tonnes per annum.

Sapphire Graphics: A 35kW solar panel installation with a carbon offset of 14 tonnes per annum.

Don-Bur plans to use 95% of the electricity produced by these solar panels for its own operations, with only 5% being returned to the national grid. This reflects the company's proactive energy management approach.
